Similar in appearance to white buttons, but have a light tan to rich brown cap and firmer texture. Deeper, earthier flavor than white buttons. Eat raw or cooked. Sauté, roast, stew, broil, microwave or cook almost any way. Excellent addition to beef, wild game, and vegetable dishes.
