For sale is a living culture of Blue Oyster mushroom mycelium (Pleurotus pulmonarius) This culture has been quality controlled for sterility and packaged in polypropylene sleeves for protection until use. This species was selected from our inventory of commercial-producing fruits and produces large 1.5lb clusters (from 5 lb substrate blocks) and flushes within a week after harvest.
