For sale is a living culture of Pink Oyster mushroom mycelium (Pleurotus djamor) This culture has been quality controlled for sterility and packaged in polypropylene sleeves for protection until use. This species was selected from our 2020 breeding project and produces dense uniform 1lb clusters (from 5 lb substrate blocks) and flushes within a week after harvest. Ideal for commercial production.
